Nor does Elite Vacuum Tubes ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.We will add the shipping charge on to your order. All domestic orders, unless otherwise requested will be shipped and insured by Priority mail. The average cost is about $7.45 for orders under 1 Lb and about 13.00 for orders over 1 Lb but not greater than 2Lb, and takes about 2-3 working days to arrive.
